About Our Founder Paul Medina

Watching his dad run a successful business taught Paul many lessons at a young age & inspired him to one day become an entrepreneur himself.
With his career top of mind, he came across the opportunity to join the US Marines after high school & thought it was a great chance to serve his country & challenge himself.
After joining the US Marines for four years and being deployed overseas for nearly two years, he felt he had achieved everything he wanted through this experience.
Since he always excelled in leading and managing people in the Marines, he changed his career path to inside sales and joined National Allied Solutions in Orange County, CA.
After gaining experience in the industry, Paul decided to transfer his skills to the family business and began handling all sales and marketing responsibilities.
It was only a short time before he taught himself how to leverage search engine marketing using Google Ads, and he immediately saw a better return on investment and more consistent lead flow compared to traditional marketing methods.
With his newfound passion, Paul joined Bunzai Media Group and later Focus Media Solutions to continue honing his digital marketing craft.
After meeting his Aussie wife in Los Angeles, he moved to Melbourne, AU, and joined Melbourne-based digital marketing agencies, managing 100+ clients.
With a decade of experience, Paul decided it was finally time to venture out on his own to launch Click Squad in 2019.
